Timeline:

Building began in the Spring of 2019. There will be three phases of lots being sold and built on. The next phase will not be started until at least 75% of the lots in previous phase have been sold.

  • Phase 1 home construction started in Fall of 2020.

  • Phase 2 construction is started in Spring of 2022.

  • Phase 3 construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.

Here is a list of information that answers some common questions.

  • You may reserve a lot for 30 days with $1,000 deposit. Once your 30 days are up you have 60 days to close on the lot. If you fail to close within the 60 day period you will forfeit the deposit to the developer.

  • Once you close on your lot you have one year to begin construction from the time your phase opens up. An additional 2nd year will be granted with written permission from the developer.

  • There are plans for a pool to be put in later down the road as the development is near completion.

  • Minimum square footage of 1650 sq ft of main floor living space on lots of .98 acres or less.

  • Lots sized above .99 acres will have a minimum of 1800 sq foot living space on the main floor.

  • A 5% real estate commission will be charged for all homes built. The 5% will be figured off the final sales price of the home and will be paid at the time of closing of the home.
