Room to breathe was the whole idea.
Cedar Ranch Estates was created for families who wanted more space without leaving Derby behind.
Most people looking for space assume they have to move out of town to find it.
Cedar Ranch Estates exists to prove otherwise. Located inside the Derby city limits, Cedar Ranch was planned around spacious homesites, custom homes and a neighborhood that feels open — while keeping the everyday convenience of the city.
The neighborhood has grown in phases. Phase 2 homesites are available now, and Phase 3A is planned to begin in 2027. Each phase is designed to protect the same thing that drew the first families here: room to live the way they want.
